Went to the park on my daughter's birthday, 1/26. Rude Employees. not the same Disneyland I knew. They argued with me about the status of my party's disability and he was in a wheelchair! Very rude, argumentative employees. This is no longer the Disneyland I knew. The kids said they didn't want to go again.

#2 Consumer Comment

I went with a handicapped person too

AUTHOR: newangel - (United States of America)

The staff was also rude to us, it was crowded to the point of being dangerous, and my handicapped son, who has cerebral palsy, was nearly injured on the "haunted mansion" ride, when we had to hop onto moving cars to complete the end of the ride.  We never want to go back to Disney either.  My advice:  try Universal studios, they were much nicer, more modern rides, less crowded, and my son got a handicapped access pass that assisted us very much
