Jonathan Blake Kerentan, Owner/operator IVM1 Entertainment Sold tickets to The Price is Right Show tour and never showed up at the studio. Refuses to refund money paid. Pittsburg California

Mr. Kerentan sold me 5 tickets as part of a tour group he was brining to the Price is Right on 9/15/2008. The evening before the taping, he called my home in NJ (I was on vacation in California) to tell me he was not coming. He stated I should go to the studio and give his name and they would honor the group tickets. The Price is Right did not honor the group tickets as groups must be at least 20-25 people. We were 5 individuals. He never showed up or signed in a group that day. I asked him to refund the money I paid since he cancelled the trip. He refuses to refund the money. He is a scam artist and has had issues before with promises not kept. Unfortunately I did not become aware of this until after he ripped me off. I have all the documentation I need to prove the ripoff and will pursuit in a court of law when I have the opportunity to return to California.

It is against the law to sell complimentary tickets to the game show which is what Mr. Kerentan did. He had no other promise to me except tickets to the show and a guaranteed seat. He is also criminally negligent and should be charged under L.A.M.C. Sec 42-03.
