Andgor Toy Company rip-off con artist fake thieves scam Longwood Florida

The company advertises that it will create personalized action figures if you supply photos, for the heft fee of $350+. It states that these action figures require 4-6 months to complete if you pay the entire purchase fee up-front. It looks like a legit business; there was even an article written about them in Entertainment Weekly magazine.

I submitted photos and $380. The company initially corresponded once, stating that it would now take 6-8 months for me to receive the action figure, which, by the way, was for a gift. I never heard from the company again, despite my e-mailing them constantly, phoning them, and sending them certified letters, which were signed for by their company president, Sam Gordich.

I sicced the Better Business Bureau of Central Florida & the FL state attorney general's office on them, but nothing's helped. It's been over a year since I paid and I know I'll never see that money again.
