I am a retailer of a 60's music gift store & ordered some items from the company CrazeeDeals.com. on Tuesday 09 June, 2009. I received an e-mail on June 20th saying my item was shipped & delivered on the same day (Impossible). I e-mailed the owner & he said he would file an inquiry with usps & also send me the tracking number. I sent another e-mail a few days later & he said sorry they were on vacation.I waited & waited & by July 20th there was still no response so I asked him to refund my money. He would not answer any of my e-mails after that. He was also selling on Ebay, so I sent an e-mail through them to contact him.He replied, "your order was shipped 6/20/2009, i will have to locate your tracking #, it is not so easy after 30 days". If he had done this back when I asked him to, it could have been over by then. I then sent an e-mail on July 27th which said, "You obviously have no desire to help me track my package. Please refund my money $63.32. I am going to contact The Better Business Bureau the RIPOFFREPORT.COM & Federal Trade Commission website and file an FTC Consumer Complaint, if this isn't taken care of immediately". I then finally received a response that said,"ok i put a trace in with the post office. if it comes back not delivered, we will gladly refund you. i have been helping. if i give everyone there money back that claims they did not get there order we would be in trouble. there is a process to go thru with the post office". I replied "I realize there is a process to go through. I have a store myself & always have tracking for each package I mail out. You never did give me a tracking number & have promised to send it to me numerous times. Believe me, this has taken a lot of my time which I really can't afford to do". A few days later he sent this e-mail. " Sorry i did not get back to you yesterday. I did not get to the post office till 5:00, unfortunately i got no answers they said it has been misrouted and can take up to 30 days. i am sorry i will post a refund for you". I still have not received my refund & e-mailed him today August 6th that said, "You said my package was misrouted and would post a refund. Where is it? Refund it to PennieLane@Mail.com. If I don't my receive refund of $63.32. by this evening, I am going to start the the consumer complaints filing process with the Better Business Bureau the RIPOFFREPORT.COM, the Federal Trade Commission & the Cherry Hill Police Department's Chief Charlie Jones. You've already wasted enough of my time". He replied with, "you will have one once the post office gets back to me , open dispute with paypal if this a problem, i do not thin the ftc or the bbb or the cherry hill police care. i personally think you are a liar and are looking for free goods, if the post office says different than i will refund, otherwise stop annoying me and wait". I think I am getting the runaround. It has been over 2 months & It still isn't resolved. Please help me. Thank-you.
