I ordered merchandise online on May 24, 2007. Info on website claimed shipment within 7 days. Order confirmation and charges came through email along with "Tracking for order will be 03062400000201362366 and 03062400000201362373 order will be shipped 5/. Please check tracking after shipping date. Thank you".

Checked FEDEX, USPS, UPS with tracking numbers all had no tracking numbers to match. Contacted through email on 6/01/07 to find out what type of shipping was being used, email reply was blank. Emailed again on 6/07/07 regarding shipping, no reply.

On 7/05/07 contacted the website creator and Paypal as paypal is listed as a way of payment. Website creator contacted me requesting info. They in turn contacted Heavens Little Stuff when I received a reply saying "Your order was shipped 7 days from when placed as stated on the website. You selected USPS surface shipping, You live in Hi and can take up to 3 weeks to arrive, You will need to check your tracking again, They state the rout of the package. You can locate the order by going to your account and selecting the order, there you will find the tracking, Order was placed on the 25th, Shipped on the 3rd a return can be sent to heavenslittlestuff Po Box 147 Norwalk, CA 90650 less shipping as agreed to once you submitted your order. Thank you also all emails that are not directed to us will not be answered. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL outside our company or you will not get a responds. Thank you." Once again I tracked on USPS, no matching numbers. Checked the website and my order is still "processing".

Demanded full refund, none received to this day 7/13/07. Informed my banking institution to see if I could get the charges reversed.

Order was delivered, Check the tracking USPS

As stated on website 10 working days from warehouse so really 12 days because sat and sun no work then up to two weeks depending on USPS. The tracking numbers in comment show that order was delivered. I have worked for heavenslittlestuff for over three years and this lady is the worst person to deal with.

Heavenslittlestuff is amazing. I love them

I have been buying from them for a few years now and have never ever had a problem. I think the problem with these customers is that they dont read the description correct.If you do then you will find that you might get get what you think is in a case. I have read some of the complaints and they all say the same thing. They did not get as many items as they though they should have . Well if you read some cases are only 3 or 4 per case. One comment was they only received 6 instead of 12. If you read the description the cases are differnt and not all cases are 12. That the thing about internet ordering is you NEED to read.. I just wanted to say that because it seams they are giving this company a bad name when in fact in the 4 years I have benn ordering I have never had a probelm nor have any of my freinds that also buy from them. Just my veiw.. They are a great company and the cheapest on the net or even in any store I have found.
