Do not buy this product!! This company was completely unprepared to launch this product; cheap and very unprofessional & asinine customer service.  We received 3 pairs for a gift.  One, of which the company sent the wrong order for, we returned that one and are still waiting to receive the correct one that was ordered.  Another pair broke after only 4 days.  B/c I used the return shipping label sent with the original package already, I needed them to email a new shipping label. 

 No one at this company knows what they are doing and they are not able to do this! I have been assured on 4 different phone calls they will email me a shipping label, and I get nothing.  There are no supervisors to speak to.  Now, their solution is for me to pay to ship them back and they will refund the credit card for the shipping – it was a gift and it is not my credit card, so I have to pay to ship them and then try to get the $ back from the person who bought the gift??!!  They are not even willing to mail me a shipping label that I can use.  Again, every time I ask to speak to a supervisor, I am told they are unavailable.  I have been told they will return my call, and I get nothing!!  Never in my life have I experienced such pathetic customer service and lack of willingness to solve a customer’s issue.  STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY; YOU WOULD BE BETTER OF THROWING YOUR $ OUT THE WINDOW.
