Gary Job Corps Unfairly discharge Ripoff San Marcos Texas

I decided to enroll in Gary Job Corps to learn a useful trade after making a few bad choices career and education wise.Anyway the first day during orientation is really hard to concentrate and do anything. Not only is many of the other students are disruptive,but they constantly talk and argue while filling out important paperwork.

By the second day I was called in medical. Apparently because I wrote on medical history that I suffer from mild depression and OCD. After talking to the nurse and making some calls I was informed I was to be discharged from the program. The reason is that I needed to be on medication and monitored for six months. Then while waiting to go to the greyhound bus the same lady said I was terminated from the program. I saw here wrote it on my paperwork.

Keep in mind that I was NEVER violent, suicidal,passed my drug test and followed the rules.And now I was told that in order for me to be readmitted back I have to basically violate my medical privacy and get a psych evaluation,even though where I live most psych Dr. don't take my insurance and ones who do will take weeks or months for my appointment.

I feel like my privacy rights been violate from the Americas with Disabilities Act. I feel like being singled out because of my disability.

If anyone wants to enroll at Job Corps stay away from Garys in San Marcos,TX.It got over 1600,too crowded and most of the staff act like they don't care about the students. Also you have to disclose medical info that I believe is none of their business.
