I contacted Mr. Miller over the phone regarding the purchase of a 5 by 8 enclosed cargo trailer on May 13th, 2009. He told me that he had two in stock wich met our sole condition that the trailer be black. The sale price was 1,700 hundred dollars. On the phone I inquired about a deposit to hold the trailer and was told just to give him my contact information and if there was any interest he may call for some type of ernast payment. I made arangements to drive with my son from Pittsburgh, PA to Elkhart, Indiana to pick up the trailer on May 18th, 2009. This trip included of course our gas, tolls, and a hotel room on sunday evening.

Upon arriving at Prestige Sales and Service on Monday the 18th at 9 am I noticed there were no black trailers on the lot. I met with Mike Miller and he informed me that "while out sick on friday and saturday his partner had sold both black trailers but he had a white one for us". We explained that this was for a marketing and event company which was not only being towed by a black logoed vehicle, but we had additional plans to logo the trailer itself. Upon my insistance that the trailer be black as he initally gaurenteed, he proceeded to make a phone call and then attempted to sell me an upgraded pewter (higher priced) trailer. It was at this point in the bait and switch I left Prestige.
