Out of 40 years in the travel service industry,this is the first and only complaint I have ever received. I have never had a dispute with any credit card charged for services.  It is apparent that since 2008, my services have been enjoyed and appreciated by so many other travelers.  Unfortunately, there are some who attempt to get something for nothing and think that by claiming false problems they will receive compensation.  Our attempts to satisfy this particular situation were refused.  Any accusation of fraud is unfounded.  I would not still be in business if that was true.  The ironic part about this customer is the group he brought were extremely generous in gratuities to the drivers and guides when they completed the visit! I have succeeded in building our services across the entire Southwest area. We will continue to offer personable, yet professional assistance to everyone needing our guidance.  Thank you for the opportunity to finally tell my side of this story.  Hopefully it will give more people the confidence that these sorts of reports do allow follow up.
