Cruise Planners Inc in Florida ripping off many people across the country

I am an ex agent of Cruise Planners Inc in Coral Springs Florida.
I have clients that are due $1,525.00 in refunds from this company and they refuse to pay.

They say that they in fact never received payments from these
people for their cruise. This is a lie, all checks from these
clients were made out to Cruise Planners and sent directly to them by me and they were all cashed by this company.

I have sent them a payment schedule and they still refuse to send monies. They have a gripe with me and other ex agents for leaving their company and they say that they are going to sue me.

It has been nearly 3 months since I have left them and they still have not filed any action against me or the others who are in the same situation as I am.

They are not only holding client refunds but also all our
commissions as well. We feel that this company is playing games
and we are fed up with it. I am a California resident and have
also filed a complaint with the state attorney generals office
here.

We need some resolution as soon as possible!
