The travel agent, Beau Nanni, and his wife Carol have been taking money from unsuspecting customers and not paying the wholesaler (Gogo Worldwide Vacations). Therefore many people did not receive their travel documents and had special trips planned for weddings, anniversaries, or honeymoons ruined!  Most have sucessfully disputed charges on their credit cards.

In some cases, Beau told customers that he was moving their reservations to another wholesaler and did move them but then never paid the new wholesaler the deposit so the reservations automatically cancelled after 24 hours, leaving more travelers hanging wondering what to do.

Beau will not answer phone calls or return email messages. He occasionally reappears for a couple of communications to people with all kinds of excuses including: problems with his phone line, his wife being sick, problems with his wholesaler, etc.  In my situation he used every excuse under the sun and never did pay the wholesaler after being granted not one but two extensions of the date. He missed both payment dates; therefore I had to call Gogo and pay myself or my trip would have been cancelled just like many other travelers who posted on a very popular travel forum.

There are others who have been awaiting refunds when travel had to be cancelled during the swine flu advisory period - some refunds have not been issued after 4 months!
