Initial investment was made as an Associate Travel Agent with the salespitch that significant savings would be made for me and all of my clients on travel arrangements. However, each time I sought to make travel arrangements, I and my clients found we could get a cheaper arrangements by going directly to the travel companies themselves, rather than through Travelbridge. As a result, my investment never paid off.

The first month (Oct. 2000) I tried to cancel my membership for a full or partial refund. I was told that no exceptions could be made. I continued to try for three years to make the membership work, but finally did not renew in 2004.
