Cheap Trips internet rip off Internet

I was called may 14th with a "special offer deal" Thet were offering a special sign up program where you would get 2 free airline tickets if you joined and paid $59 a month for 3 months. You had 30 days to cancel and get a refund. When their package didn't show up after 2 weeks even though it was coming UPS I figured I had better try and get my first payment back before the 30 days expired.

i called them and they told me to expect it back after 30 days to 60 days, even though they got their money 2 days after I signed up.. Well 45 days later no retrun and when I called them they told me I had to apply for my refund with a letter. Now I am out of the 30 day window. They have no intension of returning my money. This comany is is a total scam.
