Govolo or Go Voyages offers flights cheaper than most others but can not be trusted. I bought 2 tickets in august 2009. I got the confirmation right away that my booking was received and tickets would be send after payment by creditcard was received. That was the last I heard from Govolo.

After emailing Govolo to get information on the status of my booking one week later I didn't get any reply so booked the tickets elsewhere. However later I found out the payment was charged on my creditcard. So I emailed them to pay my money back. Then they finally replied and argued they did send the tickets. They were unable to show the original mail wih the e-tickets and I never received them.

Haven't got my money back and they are not willing. Luckily it was just for a short flight and total damage 88 euro but imagine booking an expensive international ticket. You'll be safer buying your tickets elsewhere. Google on Govolo and you'll find more disappointed customers. I did but am sorry I took the risk anyway...

something similar happened to me with govolo. they asked me for a photocopy of my passport and credit card for "confirmation" but gave me only 4 hours to produce it. When I didn't they cancelled my tickets to Istanbul, without a refund of course.

Luckily, they never charged my credit card. It seems they are incompetent rather than completely dishonest. I have read other complaints about them, but they have a different website for every country in which they have a branch, so the complaints are disbursed.
