I booked a holiday apartment through Locasun in Nice, France. They took a deposit of 85 Euros from my credit card but they did not tell me that this was non-refundable! Within 2 hours, I cancelled, having read unsatisfactory reports from other users on the quality of the apartment concerned. They withheld the deposit, claiming that the terms and conditions permitted them to do so. In fact, there were no TERMS or CONDITIONS mentioned at all and in any case, they have NO right under French law (jurisdiction in which they are operating) to withold the money since a customer has the right to cancel online services within 7 legal case against them is now pending. I would recommend that you do not under any circumstances use Locasun for your vacation in France.
