Phoenix Vacations Aka Castaways Vacations, AKA Beachcombers vacations or what ever 20 names you would like to call them have taken my money and refused to give it back, I was told when I bought the program that I had 3 days to decide if this was for me or not. Me and my wife decided that we wouldn't benefit enough from the purchase price of $7493.00 and that we wanted a refund. As we left we met another couple in the parking lot who had just bought the same product as us but for $3000 less. When we called and stated that we did not like the way they did their business and wanted our money back they offered us a $3000 discount we said no and then the gentleman became very rude and said "well you do know there is a 15% restocking fee" that and a $299 non refundable application fee came out to over a thousand dollars of our money being taken from us. This is deceptiive trade practices and the attorney generals office has agreed that we are no under any clause that would allow them to keep my money. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general's office and would like anyone who is interested in filing with me to please respond to this and place your own experience with this company. Based on the number of complaints that have been put on rip off report and other sites similar, there is no way to say this company is not a scam. The owner Bill Baily is obviously still up to his old tricks after having been ran out of several states. I don't know how you can even get ran out of a state. Please just respond to this and I can get to you and get you in touch with our attorney who is taking serious action and is bringing the attorney general in to stop these illegal practices. Moreover, this company looks like they could move any day, it is not an actual office it is a rent office.. Seems shady don't know how I got taken.
