AStar Ripped Us Off Scammed us out of $1000AU Orlando Florida

My wife recently received a call at her workplace from AStar holidays telling her she had won a holiday. All she had to do was to confirm her details by providing her credit card number to prove her identity and they would send out a package explaining the prize. She did this and they billed us $1000AU there and then without any warning.

We cancelled our credit card and spoke with Mastercard and are trying to dispute the transaction. If anyone has been through this process and managed to get a refund please let us know as we have two kids and would love to use the money on a real holiday!
