GEO HOLIDAY I am a victim of Geo Holiday Toronto, Ontario

I just wanted to say I am also a victmin of Geo Holiday. I say victmin because I felt like we were ripped off by this company. At first I thought maybe we just made a wrong decision that we have to live with but then I started reading about others who went through the same things we went through. First they get us there under false pretenses telling me we won a trip from a ballot and both me and my husband have to come and pick up the prize. Of course when we get there we had to sit through the seminar and then after, they had their salesperson try to convince us to buy the membership. We refused at least three times and everytime we refuse the salesperson go "talk" to her supervisor and come back giving us a "discount" . They pressure you so much and play on your emotions that you don't really have time to think clearly. The don't let you leave and have time to think about it. They never told us our maintainance will be in US dollars, they never told us if we dont use our points it will expire. In fact the lady told us if we dont use our points we can roll it over to the following year and keep doing so until we are ready to use it. The also told us when we die we can transfer the membership to our kids, ( leaving the part out about the membership expiring in 20 yrs).

We are a low income family and these people con us out of our hard earn money. I know there are others out there and I am begging if anyone knows how to get out of this contract please let me know. Also if anyone is thinking of a lawsuit, please let me know.
