Bearcountry Vacations ripoff You still have a chance to do right by me Los Angeles California

Though I have also just lost over $2,500.00 to Bearcountry Vacations (I just sent them the final check on 12-6-05, and was informed of the bankruptcy yesterday, 12-19-05), I'm giving them an opportunity to do right by me and just send the check back. I mean, they had to know they were going bankrupt on the 6th, so they should have just sent the check back with an apologetic response "Sorry, can't book your trip, we're going out of business, enclosed is your check", case closed. And the fact that they sent me such an extraordinary and detailed itinerary, while requesting such an unusually rapid payment, raised the hairs on the back of my neck, but I continued to believe in them.

Unfortunatley, now I believe they had no real intention of actually following through with the trip (if it looks too good...). But we must give them the opportunity to make right by us per bankruptcy proceedings. (Otherwise, criminally, it's probably countless counts of Fraud, possibly Conspiracy to Commit Fraud, Theft over $500.... That's if you want to pursue them legally)
