August, 2008 I signed up to join Coast 2 Coast Vacations. The cost was $195.00. I could not afford to purchase all the add-ons, so luckily I kept my investment to what I could afford. Contacts within the company were Jason Christenson and John Libby and Amber.
After being alerted to the complaints against this company, I requested my $195.00 back. They said I had to wait till the 60th-70th day to request my money back. So I marked the day on my calendar.
After numerous phone calls to every number I had, leaving messages, that went unanswered, sending faxes and contacting Docu-sign, I know I'll never see my $195.00 again.
Now to add to the dirty little scheme they have going, they supposedly got bought out by TV Travel, LLC, she would not give me any information either. Then one of the websites I went into had the YTB logo on it, with information about YTB on the bottom of the page. We all know about the 2 lawsuites filed against YTB.
Please do not consider joining up with Coast 2 Coast Vacations, because if you ever request your money back, you won't see it.
