In June, when we were planning/searching for cruise for our vacation, http://www.expedia.com posted three great promotions for NCL cruise. We called an Expedia customer representative on June 18, 2007 and asked the promotions, he definitely told us YES. We then booked the cruise through the phone. We asked how we could get the promotions, he said on the boat once we were on board.

But when we got on the NCL cruise in November, the NCL refused to give us anything just because the Expedia said NO! We called Expedia customer support people. They said that in their paper, we booked our cruise on June 19, when the promotions were expired. I asked for the type recode, she said sorry that she could not do anything! I told her that the Expedia misled us, lied, and cheated. And I was going to post their behavior online. All she told me was sorry. Basically, her attitude was whatever.
