In March booked a cruise and paid deposit. Gave credit card info and was informed by there intelligent customer service reps that the remainder of the balance would be directly taken off my credit card. Called in Aug to confirm dates and was informed that remainder balance was never paid therefore my $400.00 deposit would not be refuned.

I informed them I would like to still booked this cruise and was informed that there are rooms still available but I would once again have to pay full price.
My $400.00 deposit would not go towards the rebooking.
This is outragious!!! I will never book anything through this company again.

Expedia does not, in my opion, respect or appriciate there customers.
