In October, I booked 2 tickets for a flight to Florida to leave in December. I used Expedia and booked it on Delta.
I was looking over the flight schedule a few weeks before leaving, and noticed that the fare had gone down 70 dollars per ticket for the exact same flight roundtrip. I looked that the policies for Expedia regarding fare changes and was pointed to a Delta site, via expedia, that said I should get a credit.
Expedia denied that was their policy and absolutely refued to issue a credit, saying they had nothing to do with Delta's policy, even though the link was on Expedia's site.
