Holiday Travel Of America Vacation Thiefs! Carlsbad California

I went to a timeshare presentation to be able to recieve a 3day vacation to Hawii for me and a friend. This was over a year ago. After the presentation I was given a flier and told to pick 3 different dates to be able to travel on, with the dates being at least 30 days apart. After picking my dates I was told I needed to send in $216, which I promptly did. I was contacted by a representive 1 time to discuss my dates, and I was left with the impression that it would not be I be able to go by my latest travel date in August for sure if 1 of the earlier travel dates did not work out. I had thought I had done all that was neccesary and the travel agent told me they would give me a call with 60 days notice when it was time for me to go. When July came and I had heard no word I called them to see what was going on, however at this point they had lost my certificate number and the represenitve told me that without that there was nothing they could do to help, though I begged them to look it up under my name and aadress. I found the certificate yesterday and called again to be told that I didn't have time to resubmit the dates since in November it would be a year since I recieved the certificate and that was all the time I had. After waiting to talk to a manager and telling her I was going to complain to the BBB she informed me that she would bump my position in line up so I could go in November, however I do not want to go to Hawii in the wintertime, it ruins the whole point. She informed there was not a thing else that she could do for me and I was just being vindictive to complain.
