We bought into a travel agency company. As an extra gift we were given a free cruise certificate. Our newly married daughter and her husband were issued one too. We sent the voucher to Mini Vacations and was sent a booklet to choose our cruise. We were told to send the port charges to this company. I had called Jay (941-552-2000)to make sure that all was well and we would be given what we were told. After I sent the money I was told to call reservations at mini vacations (813-630-1891) and talked to Sherry. She said to call in April 2006 since we were going to travel in December 2006. I tried calling back in April and got a busy signal with Sherry for 2 days and after that both numbers were answered with a disconnect message. I called Ultimate Lifestyles to ask for help and they offered none. Other than to contact the Florida Dept of Agriculture & Consumer Services which I did and they could be of no help. Started to look for help on internet and found this site.
