Travel paid for Egypt domestic flights, hotels and private tour guides and drivers. (was told that he specialized and understood needs of elderly for travel.) Has no travel agent license. Home/office is rented and not owned. Only would accept bank transfer.
Found out arrangements were never made and requested payment returned.
Given written promises money would be returned.
Money was not returned and filed Small Claims Court.
Small Claims Court decision that defendant, Luis Fernando Arevalo Garcia must pay $5,000 to plaintiff.

The defendant who ripped off the plaintiff and owes you money as the court decision
states is not me, Pedro Arevalo (Garcia). Your guy is CEO Nativo Concept:
Revenue Canada name - Luis Fernando Garcia Nexus name - Luis Fernando Arevalo (Uses both borders frequently but more of Lacolle with his Nexus card to use air travel from NY State as a Continental Airlines frequent flier.) US visa holder.
He uses two names and holds a Columbian and Canadian passports. D.O.B. December 6 1969 in Bogota Columbia. I saw his court report online.
