2004 held captive for a breakfast sales pitch, and sucked into buying a vacation package for 15 years for $30,000. Several incentives offered for ownership such as renting out points and sending me a check, doubling up on maintenance and getting use of package in 7 1/2 years.
Doubling points and upgrading membership if signed that day, right then and there. Tried to get worksheet, but told that I couldn't have it. I should have realized something was up
Next trip would be 50th Birthday, Promised Oceanside room, Presidential Suite, pick up at airport. They couldn't even come through with that.
Realized the scam when trying to book 3 different properties within first year, nothing ever available!!!! And then the big trip Birthday 2005, Never given what was promised, Birthday was a nightmare. Previous people not available, but hiding from me. Sent to office to try to sell me -prepaid flight, and pre-paid inclusive packages. Ignored everything I complained about.
Tried to get what was promised on that day, but given run around, and in the end told that I should have paid front desk off....It was an insult. Right then and there, I tried to cancel. I was told I couldn't. I was now stuck for 30 Years.....until 80 years old!!
Started righting complaints as soon as that trip, everyone trying to help no longer worked there...They hung up, insulted, and threatened me.
I have contacted AG of Florida, , John Stossel, along with websites taking complaints about Royal Holiday. I am now waiting for my final hearing with the Department of Conciliation Services for Foreign Residents. The next meeting is March 25th. The first one offered me $7500, the second $12, 166.00. I have rejected both. I paid $30,000, never got any satisfaction. All lies, deceit and now threatening collection calls.
I have tried contacting Concord Servicing who took me out of collections after accepting my complaints in 2005.
I can't tell you how many reps from Royal Holiday, including TABO ROBLES, who in May of 2007 was going to give me my money back and cancel contract if I kept my mouth shut. Then denied every saying that.
Contacts at Royal since 2005 Paolo Navarro, Gabriel, Miguel Gomez, Joe, George, Louis, Olivia, Josuah, Robles Paulina Saldano, Olivera Gonzalez, list goes on and on. Concord Servicing was also notified and have a package of complaints, along with John Siegenthaler in Switzerland(Royal Holidays M.I.A
