We followed all of our contractual agreements with this "RIP OFF" company. We cancelled our membership via certified letter within the 3 day time allotment. We drove two hours to hand deliver their worthless "Membership Kit". Our one-sided contract said if we didn't get it back to them, we would be charged $250.00. I'm really glad now that I slipped a note into the small zippered pocket of the cheap bag their book was in that read "Think Twice About This!". A warning for the next victim.

Now I have been fighting to get our $299.50 back from the "Corporate Headquarters" in Illinois. I'm in Tucson, Arizona. It's been over the 30 days they allow themselves in the contract to refund our money. I call, and call, and call the Corporate Headquarters. At the end of each call, no matter how much I beg to talk to someone who can do something about this, I am transferred to the voice mail of a "Valerie" in accounting. This is a total dead end, because I've NEVER been called back. These guys are out and out crooks. WE CAN'T LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS!!!

They lure you into their tangled web using half truths and deceptive statements. They attack your ego, with phrases like "Don't you want to save money?" and "All of MY customers pay cash." When I asked questions about the contract we were signing (like the statement...I have not relied upon any verbal representations made by anyone about the benefits of this membership.) our salesman said to me, "I've had other bad people like you."

Our so-called FREE GIFT was going to cost us $380.00 up front; and you were rushed into paying it. Thank goodness we didn't send any money to INFINITY INCENTIVE GROUP.

I'm thinking about driving back up to Phoenix (the scene of the crime) to hand out complaints about STAR VACATION CLUB that I have printed off the Internet and to personally warn people in their parking lot about this scam. It feels like that is the only power I have in this situation. Anger is a GREAT motivator.

I'm looking for others to help put these people out of business...and FAST!

It's been 34 days now and still no credit for $299.50 to our credit card account. STAR VACATION CLUB has violated the contract with us to refund our money within 30 days. This is NOT an overreaction to their HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE business practices...This is FACT!

To those of you who are defending Star Vacation Club.....If you are so happy, why have you sought out this "Ripoff Reports" page??? Is it possible you are connected with this company and trying to make them look good by rebutting the negative comments? Hmmmm
