After joining the Vacation Travel Club I tried to book a vacation in Hawaii. I have copies of e-mails and documented phone calls. e-mails were slow or never answered, phone calls were slow to be returned or never returned and when I began to see a pattern of poor service I asked for a refund. The person I spoke with said that will never happen. We never did book a vacation as our vacation time came and went.

I have filed a complaint with our states State Attorney Generals office and the Michigan Better Business Bureau. With the pricing I did receive from them, the savings were minimal and hardly worth the price I paid to join. I have contimplated a law suit. Anyone thinking of joining Vacation Travel Club, I would suggest not doing it as, like I said, we feel we were ripped off.

VTC came to the rescue!

AUTHOR: R. Mercer - California City (U.S.A.)

Last year I had the privilege of playing softball in the Western State Police Games in Phoenix Arizona...vacation travel club came to the rescue. I've read some of the responses from unhappy members...just thought that it would be nice to hear from a happy member as well. ONLY a week notice...VTC was able to find a really nice resort for $450.00 a week. $450.00 a week maybe a lot for some folks, but this place was the Beverly Hills of Phoenix. It was a two bedrooms upstair/downstairs with washer/dryer and all the trimmings. Two flat screem tv's, miniture golf and game room on site, tennis, basketball and a must needed weight room. Very nice pool and great staff. Security...Bush would not have being more secure. Really what I wanted to say: you can't get a five star accomodations at a half star price. VTC gives you the advantage... and if you travel alot, you will save in the long run. Penny pitchers will always be here..I see them every day...every man dies, not every man lives.
