cortez towing dell and karen i am a disabled steel worker, i have been disabled 11 years, i have titanium plates in my cervical, screws throughout my body, i have severe intestinal issues along with bone decease, i cannot walk riverside, California

i think it the lowest of humanity, when one takes advantage of the disabled,..myself, wife, daughter, and 2 year old grandson were shopping at Food 4 Less super-market in riverside,ca. we parked in disabled parking, our placard was on the console where i leave it most of the time, it is visible if you only look in the car, its not hidden, the law states that It must be displayed, does"nt say anything about the mirror, we were not in the store one half hour and our car was gone, no police were called, no good faith was attempted, in fact one of the managers for food 4 less stated "cortez towing" will sit in the back of the store like a vulture waiting for scrapes, he also said "cortez towing" must be called by police. not a security guard who seems to be in cahoots possibly receiving a kickback. the law states they have 1 hour to make the attempt to find the owner of the vehicle, this company "Cortez Towing Inc." if they followed any one of these procedures they would be known as a company with integrity and character, as it stands their theives and their women who work for them..
