With the reputation that CR England has, you mean your husband had no idea that this would happen to him?

I am sorry for your situation, but he had to know all the bad things about them before going there. 

CR England is the bottom of the bottom of the barrel.  Prime comes in at a close second.

Whatever he chooses to do, make sure he doesn't sign another FLEESE PURCHASE SCAM!  Be a company driver!  Let them pay the bills and have the headaches.

Think of it this way....If there was that much money to be made doing lease purchase deals EVERYONE would be doing it.

Companies like England and Prime prey on people with bad credit and big dreams.

The best advise is put togheter one film about  your husband backing and parking a truck trailer to convince any potential employer out there he has what is needed. Nothing can be more effective than that. I am also a A  licence driver and I know what is like to be is  in this position. Good luck 

I'M RESPONDING TO YOUR CONCERN I JUST QUIT 2 DAYS AGO I WAS THERE A MONTH DIDN'T GET A CHECK EITHER WHAT HE NEEDS TO DO WHATEVER HE DOES DON'T ABANDON THE TRUCK TURN THE TRUCK IN ITS A WALK AWAY LEASE IF THEY TRY.THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE COMPANY CAN'T PUT FALSE STATEMENTS ON THE DAC.TELL YOUR HUSBAND TO TURN THAT TRUCK IN ASAP.THERE ARE COMPANYS OUT THERE WHO KNOWS ABOUT CR ENGLAND AND WILL NOT HOLD IT AGAINST HIM.JUST TURN THE TRUCK IN BUT BEFORE HE DOES THAT LET THEM ROUTE HIM HOME SO HE CAN REMOVE HIS STUFF OUT OF THE TRUCK,THEY WILL GIVE HIM A BUS TICKET BUT DON'T EXCEPT NO LOADS WHEN GOING HOME JUST ASK FOR HOME TIME.WHERE EVER HE PICKED UP HIS TRUCK THATS WHERE IT GOT TO GO BACK TO.ANY OTHER QUESTIONS JUST POST IT I WILL RESPOND

The best advice I can give you when you are quitting this type of bottom feeder company is
#1 go home FIRST and clean out the truck and carry just enough clothing to fill a large sized nylon bag or 5 - 7 days of clothing. While at home CALL HR and ask them what you have to do to quit driving for them and NOT get a mark on your DAC which they will lie to you anyway and THEN tell them on phone AND Quailcomm AND certified letter you are giving them 2 weeks notice. That you want to be routed to the nearest terminal where the truck will be inspected and SIGNED off on as having been returned and in good condition to where you were told to return it.

#2 If on a phone RECORD THE CONSERVATION! (It is NOT against the law to record YOUR conservation! Only one person needs to know and you're the one! Besides this is not a criminial case but a CYA thing.) Or tell them you're recording the conservation and see how fast they get a bad case of constipation of the mouth if they don't hang up! If on quailcomm take a picture of the message and REQUEST a copy from the company off of the server or contact Quailcomm as they have the same information for many months on their servers.

#3 Be NICE! BE NICE! BE NICE to what ever moron you talk to in the office. They could give a crapola if you quit or not as there is a line of fools wanting to get into CR England who think that what has happened to you and countless others won't happen to them! BUT CR England and everyone else gets paid to file a DAC/HireRight report on you so they just open the program and hit a few buttons and you're history with no hope of another driving job but what the heck as I said there is a stack of applications on the desk that they have to choose from.

#4Take pictures of the whole truck inside and out as a backup in case of "broken, damaged and missing and not clean" write ups. A picture of the truck with a date sitting IN the shop or in front of the shop or where you see that pathetic England Crest that used to mean something when dad was alive so you can show DAC where the truck was at when you saw it last.

#5 Now I know you're hard up for money but DO NOT put it past CR England to say that the tires are past retread and stick you with replacing them or it's past service due so they can stick you with this coast also! DO A COMPLETE DOT INSPECTION ON THE TRUCK! That includes thread depth oils,fluids, air pressure in the tires, washer fluid, a total cleaning inside of the truck and verify every little ding on the truck! CYA!
 
#6 At your next company don't even think of doing a fleece program! As stated above and in the truckers report.com if it was such a good program EVERYONE would be doing it! All a fleece program is is a company driver paying all the expenses and getting nothing for return. The ONLY people making money off of these scams are the owners of the truck!
