Knight Transportation Refused to allow me to proper medical care after an on the job injury Forest Park Georgia

I had inform the company of a injury I sustained while trying to pull a tandem trailer pin handle. My weekend dispatcher said she could not get permission for me to get medical care. Called the safety director with no answer and even the main office in phoenix AZ no answer.
So I quit and brought my truck and load back to the terminal. Call C.H. Robinson the customer and let them know I was not able to make my delivery, C.H. Robinson Rep had no problem with it.

Knight Transportation on the other hand informed me that I was paying for the fuel to bring the truck back to the shop(I'm a company driver) and make sure I never got a driving job again.

And they never offered any concern or medical care.
I now have a appointment with a physical therapist
