I REFUSE TO TAKE A LOAD WITH NEW PRIME INC . THAT WOULD

OF BEEN ILLEGAL FOR ME TO RUN . SO THEY DECIDED THAT THEY

WERE GOING TO FORCE IT ON ME ANYWAY .AND I STILL

REFUSED .SO AFTER THEY FOUND SOMEONE ELSE TO PUT UNDER

IT ,THEY LEFT ME SITTING FOR TWO DAY'S. AT THE TIME I WAS

ONLY NINETY MILES FROM HOME. SO I DROVE HOME WERE THE

TRUCK SIT FOR ANOTHER FOUR DAY'S. AND THEN WITH OUT EVEN

PHONE CALL OR A QUALCOMM MSG ,A TOW TRUCK SHOWS OUT OF

NOWHERE AND TOWS THE TRUCK AWAY. A COUPLE OF DAY'S LATER

I GET A LETTER IN THE MAIL SAYING MY CONTRACT WITH PRIME

AND SUCESS LEASEING HAD BEEN TERMINATED .AND LATER FIND

OUT THAT I HAVE AN ABANDONMENT ON MY RECORD...

where you a lease operator or company driver

AUTHOR: Shortround - Saranac (U.S.A.)

think i saw you mention you leased this truck .just wondering how they could do this as you have the right to refuse any load for any reason if you lease as long as you arent behind on payments . i lease to prime also but never have had a problem refused a load before and they tryed to get me to take it i just said look no way i know where its going and i know i ll sit to get back out no problem i did sit rest of day as freight was bad in my area but i was aware of this as i live their and its always a pain in the --- to get out .did you send any messages to them on qaulcom asking for differnt load ? ALSO ONCE YOU WENT HOME DID YOU MAKE SURE THEY KNEW WHERE YOU WERE SO THEY COULD RELOAD YOU ON A DIFFERNT LOAD. if yes to qaulcom and messages you should call and talk to barbara in presonal about what happened as all qaulcom messages are stored in computer and cant be changed by anyone otheir then robert lowe. just some advice hope this helps.

as far as aboned truck on dac you can dispute this by getting hold of dac and telling them this wrong youll have to do it in writing and if prime dont answer them with proff of it it will come off good luck let us no how it truns out.

who do you think the master mind is?

AUTHOR: Steve - Wooster (U.S.A.)

In the rebuttle the person stated that the" qualcom messages can't be changed by anyone but Robert Lowe himself" Who do you think the master mind behind this is? Do you think Robert Lowe would let someone come out of that situation against his fleet manager and his leasing department? Not hardly!

conspiracy thoeries

AUTHOR: Litninrod - Cocoa (U.S.A.)

Not even Rob Lowe can change the qualcom. Once you press the send button, that message is stored forever in the computers at QC headguarters in San Diego, and for an extended period at time.

It sounds like you made no effort to contact your fleet manager after you refused the load and went home. After four days of just sitting there I would have sent a tow truck to get your truck to.
