Swift Transportation ruined my career, tried to steal my semi truck, Phoenix Arizona

Swift Transportation is a shady, self centered, unorganized, piece of poop company. They dont know what the other hand is doing. Here goes my story.
I recently got fired from swift after 5 years of employment. I was selected to take a random drug test. I was notified of the test just after using the bathroom one morning. The test I was to submit was a urine test. Well guess what? I couldnt pee cause I just peed. They gave me 3 hours to produce 45ml of urine for the test. I could not. I went to the clinic and asked if they could submit a blood test to my company. Swift would not accept it. DOT requires a medical reason for not submiting the test. I was required to go to the urologist it get and evaluation, to see why i could not pee. There was nothing wrong with me. The Swift MRO is supposed to inform the testing physician what he needs to follow up on for DOT compliance. My MRO did not. There for at the end of my 5 day grace period that i was alloted, I was terminated with a refusal to test on my record. THANKS SWIFT MRO. Every procedure was followed to the T, except on his part. This has ruined my career. No one will hire me.

Now this is sort of a ripoff from the Government too. Now why cant a driver submit a blood test if he can not pee, but can if he has a medical reason. Why does it have to be this way. Why does the government have so much control over our lives? Why do the american people sit back and let them do what they want. I will fight this. This has made me look dirty, as far as my record goes. Ive got news for them though. Ive got a hair follicle test that proves other wise. The first attorney that wants to take this case can have it.
