Brain Hurricane 'TJ' FROM BRAIN HURRICANE LIED ABOUT THE AMOUNT WE WERE GETTING FOR EACH KID WE SIGNED UP FOR TUTORING..... Chicago Illinois

My name is Andrew Howard, and I am one of the owners of Brain Hurricane. Brain Hurricane is a family company that my mom, a lifelong educator, founded to extend engaging learning opportunities to at-risk schools that are in need of improvement (www.brainhurricane.com). The TJ that is cited in this report is my brother.

Orlando Rameriez worked with Brain Hurricane to reach out to parents, and let them know of free tutoring opportunities. For doing the difficult work of reaching out to parents, Brain Hurricane paid Orlando $20 for each parent that actually enrolled in and attended our program.

Orlando was responsible for 62 students that enrolled in our program that actually attended. (It is not uncommon for parents to enroll students that actually never attend.) Orlando's contract specifically indicates that students have to actually attend the program for him to receive the $20 per/student compensation.

Orlando's statements are not true. As you can see, he made his post on 2-11-2008, where he claimed that he had never been paid. Brain Hurricane did, in fact, pay Orlando. We paid him three times on or before the date of his post, dating back to November of 2007. Please see the dates and amounts of his checks below:

Orlando was trying to threaten Brain Hurricane in order to receive compensation that he was not owed, and posted things on this site that were not true. For example, he stated that as of 2-11-2008 he had not received one payment, when in fact he had been paid multiple times.

I think it is unfortunate that Orlando chose to post incorrect and inaccurate inflammatory information about Brain Hurricane on this site. I am presently pursuing action against Orlando to remove or clarify this information.

In the meantime, while this report remains online, I would be happy to personally speak with anyone who reads this post. Brain Hurricane is committed to operating ethically, and treats all representatives, employees, and clients with the highest level of respect.
