Tutor Vista Online Tutoring Theaf, ripp off, no help, rude, combative, Internet

Recently I needed help with some school work, I signed up for one month only without so much as an e-mail or a phone call or any notice stating that they would be taking 199.99 out of my account on the 5th of the next month. When I called then at 8:00am on the 6th to get the money refunded and cancel the account they refused to even discuss any refund. The thing is I only used them 1 time the hole first month. They ripe people off real bad. And they don't care. They are in India and don't have to worry about the laws in the US. They are rude. We had to even go and change the CC it was on to stop them from taking more money from our account.
