Vriti Infocom They got money from me and my friend assuring to provide test series for GATE but never provided any. Noida, India, Internet

A client called Harish Sharma who calls himself educational counsellor, called from Vriti Infocom assuring us he will provide us an account to attend the test series for GATE preparation, After that me and my friend paid rs 947, then we called him, he said that his staff personals are not there to activate the account for us. So i called the next day he never attended the phone, after 20 to 25 tries he attended the call and said the website is down for 15 days and i will not be able to provide account for you, so you could choose another offer which cost rs 1447 and persuaded us to take it. I got suspicious and told him that me and my friend have paid rs 947, you use that two 947 and activate the 1447 course if i find it ok i will pay for my friend too.. He said he will activate the course within 1hr , then i called him after 1hr he said his staff personals are not there. I called the next day by the same mobile number i used yesterday and he never attended, so i used another mobile number first he never attended and later called me through the other number once he noticed it was me, he disconnected the line. So i switched to his lan line number and told him i am done waiting,you return my money back but he yelled at me and disconnected the line, I am deeply disheartened by this situation that people use education as a source to cheat innocents like me and earn money.
