i order an abenergizer in feb 02 my credit was billed march1 02 sitll waiting on that ab to arrive

Go for the chargeback....

Cheryl,

It's probably past the time period but I suggest you go for the chargeback. This definitely falls into the fraud complaint category--money for nothing. Contact your credit card company and demand the charges be put back on your credit card immediately.

All distributors of the Ab Energizer )and all other names it goes by) are currently prohibited by legal order to distribute them. There is a lawsuit pending.
