Igia Lazer Storm Vacuum ripoff, no delivery, no refund New York New York & Los Angeles California

I ordered this product after watching a TV infomercial, 11/16/05. When it did not come after 8 weeks I called and was told they had a back order. At that time I requested a refund. I was told it would be received in 4-6 weeks. I called after 6 weeks and was told it was to be in my account on that Friday.

SInce that time, I have called every Monday and been told the same thing. If you ask for a supervisor you receive a voice mail and no one ever calls back. This company is a fraud and they take advantage of the fact that hiring an attorney for this amount is not cost effective. I propose a class action law suit.
