I ordered a Lazer Storm Vacuum on in Sept 2005 from a TV Ad. Fed x delivered it on Sept. 21, 2005 I refused delivery, The vacuum was shipped back and received and signed for at their warehouse, Brass Logistics, 4900 Zambrano St. Los Angeles, Ca 90040, I have proof of the return from Federal Express with the name and signature of person that received delivery.

I have never received a refund. I have called them every week since September and keep being told that my debit card will be credited in a few days. Obviously that is a lie. I am an 85 year old on a fixed income. I desperately need this money back. I do not know what else to do. Please is there any way to help me.

Thank you for your time.
