Propolene Of Reno, Nevada FRAUD + FRAUD + FRAUD + FRAUD Reno Nevada

My story is very similar to many others that I have read: ordering from the commercial this innovative product(Propolene) for 39.95 not one bottle but two if ordered right away. The money back gurantee that they so confidently offer helped give me the confidence to order.

Using a cc my order was processed within 14 days upon receipt I found the two bottles, a book, a sheet of paper with customer service info, and the billing info with a 89.85 charge.

What the hell is this? I immediately get on the phone to talk with someone. I hear a message that says "due to the high number of calls we are receiving right now we can not take your call so please call back at the end of the week".

I call the number that initiated this FRAUD and I get a guy who sounds like he is excited to take my money until he hears "I need to speak with a manager or someone whom can help me with my discrepancy". This is when he becomes the "idunknow" guy. I ask if he transfer me to someone after holding for 8 minutes and of course he can not transfer me but instead offers me the number that I already called to which I heard that damn recording to begin with.

I am in the process of contacting my cc company to retrieve my losses and insure no other charges are billed from this FRAUD. The bottles have been sent back certified mail without me ever trying. Maybe PROPOLENE is a good product but I will never know because of the black eye I have from this FRAUD I will surely let everyone that I come in contact with about my black eyes from this FRAUD called PROPOLENE....
