The $5.26 charge is for shipping $4.95 and tax on the 'free' product. The $31.82 was for another product that they added to the order page. If you didn't read the page carefully you didn't realize you were adding another product to the order for $29.95 plus tax.
It get's better from there. You have 14 days from the time you ordered to cancel the free sample before they bill you $79.95. Then you have 30 days from the time you ordered to be billed another $79.95. $159.90 in the first 30 days for a 'free sample!
