Carla Michaelis & Beatrice V Stafford - Ebay ripoff FRAUD theft San Diego California

This is the item I purchased and paid for in March and still hadn't rec'd it in May.  I emailed him, called him, sent him letters before I filed a complaint.  When I finally rec'd the item months later, there was no remote (impossible to work without the remote) no hookup instructions and smelled like he kept it locked in a room while smoking a carton of cigarettes.  He refused to accept a return, never sent the remote, it was useless to me, so I filed a complaint with Paypal/eBay... I then received a refund and years later I find this on the internet.  For months I let it go and decided to not be a victim and let him pay the price!  I am sorry if I cut into his cigarette money!!

James is a piece of work, people like him without any scruples or who are lacking any type of moral fiber will continue to go through life blaming others.  Don't be a James

Below is the posting for the item and an email James/Jim sent to me over 1 month after I purchased the item.  This states that over a month later, he still was emailing me about the item not being sent (his story is that it was never sent from wherever he mailed it from?)  This went on for months!!  I still have all of the emails sent from me and his responses.

they found the tv in the back of the store it never went out they refunded my shippign costs and i took it to the main post office
in my town to be certin it would go out ups said no such address,
mailboxes ext never shipped it out, but i glad you have it now. i
opened the box to check the cotents after it sat a mailboxes ext. for
ever to make sure it was not damaged i will send the remote sat
