HH Gregg I purchase a tv on sale, and the manager can not even tell me when i will be able to get the tv. Orlando Florida

The company advertises a LCD TV on sale, with 24 months to pay it off. After purchasing the item, I was told that it would take two to three weeks to be delivered to the store. It is almost four weeks, and all they can tell me is that it is back ordered, but they cannot tell me when it will be in. my issue is, I attempted to talk to the manager twice on the phone, but he refused to talk to me. The second issue I have with this is, my first bill is almost here, and I didn't even have the pleasure of enjoying the TV before paying for it. I purchase the TV because I like it, and because of their advertisement, now because of them failing to do what they told me as a customer, I am force to cancel the item, and all they can say is “ok” instead of delivering on their promise.

AUTHOR: X - Indpls (U.S.A.)

I would suggest contacting sales mgr or operations manager ( highest in the store) to see if theres a similar model they can offer you. The only other things are wait for the TV you must have or a refund
