I bought a New Panasonic Plasma TV MODEL NUMBER TH-50PZ850U. I paid $3000 US dollars for it. After approximately 4 weeks the TV had a vertical dead black line through it and stopped working. Panasonic took the TV and said the Plasma Tube has to be replaced. They will not have this part until August 2008. I bought this TV to watch the Olympics. I guess I will not be able to now. I asked them to replace it with a New TV because I was told that if a TV needs a new Plasma Tube it is basically a new TV anyway. I do not trust them to fix this Lemon to factory specs. I am very disapointed in Panasonic. Shame on you! Please do not buy their Plasma TV's. They do not have a concierge customer service as they claim. BEWARE!!!
