Do not use or consider this company as a lead source for reverse mortgages. Eric Rubin runs this scam operation and his word is worthless. Never pay anything by check - credit card only. I learned the hard way over 15 months ago.

I have been patient with this disingenuous man and have offered many options for him to earn the money he stole from our small hard working company. Eric, the Ripoff, will claim to set appointments for you but he speaks with a forked tongue. That just doesn't happen. You buy a set number of appointments and he promises to get them to you within 7-10 days. Let me tell you that he doesn't even mean 7 - 10 months. It has been 15 months and he closes shop in one state and moves on to another. I am certain that because it is interstate and that checks are sent through the mail that the USPS can investigate. That is my next step. The BBB can't seem to do anything with him.

He called me everyday for my business and insisted that I over night a check for $1,800. I sent it to him and once he cashed it he was a ghost. He has no office. Once he has your money he will say things like he's real sorry that he took you money and gave you nothing in return, but I will get you something by the end of the week, "I promise". Every week is a new promise but the same old song.

I will attempt to find him when I visit Los Angeles next month and hopefully, he will give me "cash" back.
