FacilitySource Yes, FacilitySource is a HORRIBLE place to work!! Worthington Ohio

If you have read both of the other reports on here about FacilitySource, they are BOTH totally true!

The Director of the Call Center is a tirant. She only cares about her statistics i.e. how many phone calls were answered, how many were dropped etc.
She manages by intimidation, and has strong favorites within the call center, usually young men in their early 20s.

The hiring practices are a total joke too. The so-called "Trainer" spends most of her time writing surveys on "MySpace", and has absolutely no clue what constitutes a good hire.

Most of the CSR's are ghetto trashy felons, and they treat the Supervisory staff with contempt, mouth off to the Management and do not follow the rules at all, and basically do whatever they want until they get fired.

The "2nd in charge" Supervisor is a fat, lazy man who flirts with all of the women in the call center, and has a power issue, where he feels that he is superior and loves to write people up and fire them whenever possible.

You are NEVER rewarded for your hard work and dedication, only told that you have not done enough. Supervisors work 50+ hours per week and that is never enough either.

One of the Supervisors was ordered into work during a level 3 snow emergency by the Director.

The CSRs are paid very poorly, and the Supervisors are not paid any better!

DO NOT consider working for this company! They will work you like a horse, and then dump on you, and finally get rid of you if you don't "please" the Director!

Don't waste your time!
