Legacy Long Distance Ripped off Cypress California

My husband had made 5 local collect calls to me on 4-17-08. I was charged 18.39 for these calls so I thought. Yesterday 5-06-08 I was charged another 206.28.

When I contaced Dolly 285 at Legacy Long Distance I told her how much I was charged and when I was charged this. She said I couldn't have been. I told her I was. She couldn't find anything in her system, so she told me she would call me back. When Dolly called me back 30 minutes later she came up with some wild charges.

I was charged a total of 41.96 to basically just except the calls. I was charged 7.99 for each connection fee and 2.50 for each routing fee. After these charges I was charged .79 a minute. When I asked for a statement to be sent to me Dolly said they could not send out statements. I asked for a manager and Dolly put me on hold. She finally got back on the phone and said she would fax me a statement. I am still waiting on my statement.

This is a complete ripoff!!! I can't believe I was charged 41.96 just to except 4 calls.
