Signed up exactly a month ago... Called today to cancel, and was told I had to cancel by yesterday.

$0.779 per cf is Consumes price. I am now paying $1.059 per cf. We were assured by the representative that the gas prices would not go up. I called them a week ago(guess I should of canceled then) he assured this was a great deal. Told him I will research and get back to him.

I did research (projected gas prices) and and that did not look true. He told me on the phone I have until the 21st to cancel... Here it is the 21st and now he told me that I had to cancel by the 20th (Which was a Sunday). What a bunch of BS!

$250 is the cost to cancel... Learned a HUGE Lesson!!! I can't Believe they are allowed to do this!
