Universal Gas And Electric Corporation Deceptive Sales Practice SCAMMERS, LIARS, RIPOFF Do Not Do Business With Southfield Michigan

This company plays on the fears of rising gas prices. They are dishonest about length of service. Sales person told us we could change after 1 year. After my one year was up and I was actually paying more for gas than what was available from Consumers Energy I called the company and was told that I was on a 5 year contract. I asked them to send me a copy of this contract and so far have not received it.

Avoid any dealings with this company. They are a ripoff. If their salesperson knocks on your door do not let them in, slam the door in their face. Call the police if they do not leave. Bad, bad, bad company.
